ClarityCastle makes modular, soundproof office pods that replace traditional interior buildouts for corporate offices, landlords, coworking operators, and universities. Pods are installed without construction, can be leased or purchased, and redeployed as needs change — turning workspace into reusable infrastructure instead of disposable renovation. We generate recurring revenue through multi-year pod leases and are already deployed with customers including Greentown Labs Houston and Plug and Play. Long-term, ClarityCastle aims to be the infrastructure layer for flexible, on-demand workspace globally.

Commercial real estate deals still depend on a slow, expensive, and wasteful construction process. The average office buildout costs $50–$200 per sq ft and takes months — and when tenants leave, most of that work gets demolished and rebuilt from scratch. Every tenant improvement, reconfiguration, or expansion requires contractors, permits, long timelines, disruption, and heavy upfront capital. The result is delayed occupancy, wasted investment, and unnecessary construction waste in an industry that urgently needs speed, flexibility, and reusable infrastructure.
ClarityCastle pods are factory-built, soundproof workspace units that install in hours without permits or construction. Unlike off-the-shelf phone booths, our pods are designed for multi-year commercial leasing — modular enough to reconfigure, durable enough to redeploy, and tracked with embedded sensors to monitor utilization and maintenance. Customers get private offices and meeting rooms on a recurring lease without a single contractor, and landlords get a tenant amenity that moves with the deal instead of being demolished at lease end.
ClarityCastle has deployed pods with paying commercial customers including Greentown Labs Houston, Plug and Play, and Cemvita. Greentown Labs Houston holds 10 pods under a 5-year lease, serving as a live showroom inside one of Houston's top climate tech hubs and generating predictable recurring revenue. We have 10 pods deployed generating $25k in annual recurring revenue, with an active pipeline of 4 qualified prospects across coworking operators, landlords, universities, and enterprise workplace teams. Growth is currently constrained by inventory and production capacity — not customer demand — validating the need for this raise.
